CPT Codes 99143-99145 is now unbundled!
Effective Date: January 01, 2006 (meaning to say,
you can resubmit all your claims back rendered
from January 01, 2006).
The implementation date of this New and Revised
Material from CMS is effective October 01, 2007.
I am hoping all the insurance companies may
also follow CMS new implementation on these
CPT Codes.
